We all have the resources and potential within us to align our lives in the here-and-now according to our internal compass connected to our authentic self.
Sometimes it seems that access to our natural creative force, which fundamentally supports the deep human need for creative expression, aliveness and connection, is forclosed, thus affecting our identity, beliefs, feelings and actions.
The intention of my work is to encourage individuals to rediscover their curiosity about themselves and others. Together we can explore the life force freed up in this process, which in the past has often been bound to necessary adaptive strategies and the associated symptoms. The integration of this energy allows for a further increase in authentic self-confidence and creatively developing a healthy life and fulfilling relationships.
